25-26 Transportation Application
St. Vrain’s Transportation Department is dedicated to consistently delivering excellent service for our students and their families and we are currently preparing for the upcoming school year. If you are interested in having your child ride the bus for the 2025-2026 school year, please apply for transportation services as soon as possible. St. Vrain’s Transportation Department makes every effort to accommodate as many eligible riders as possible. Apply for transportation services online.

If your student is absent you need call the office at 303-774-2700 or fill out this Absence Form. Per our SVVSD attendance policy, Parent(s) or guardian(s) can excuse up to 10 absences each school year without documentation. Any further absences may need proper documentation in order to excuse them.

There’s Still Time to Register for Innovation Center Summer Programming!
From outdoor adventures and creative design to coding, aeronautics, music innovation, and more—the Innovation Center’s summer programming offers something for every interest and age group. Open to students entering grades 1–12, these hands-on experiences spark curiosity, build new skills, and create lasting memories. Programs run throughout June and July at Timberline PK-8, Westview Middle, and Frederick High.

Innovation Center STEM Night- May 6th
Please join us at the Innovation Center on Tuesday, May 6 for our annual STEM Night! We’ll have STEM activities, a Make and Take section, and content specific STEM events in each of our focus areas, which include: Artificial Intelligence, Aerospace, Biosciences, Cybersecurity, Digital & Virtual Design, Entrepreneurship, Robotics, and Video Production. In addition, we’ll have larger outdoor STEM opportunities, the Student Design Guild, and Cardboard Carnival Games! Come to play from 4:30-6:30. The Red Hawk PTO is excited to announce our annual Spring Carnival will be on Monday, May 19th from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. In addition to food trucks, bounce inflatables, dunk tank and a bubble party, there will be carnival/activity booths assigned to each grade to run. Help us make our grade’s booth a success by signing up to help the day of the event using the sign up below.
