Hello Red Hawk Families!
I hope this communication finds you all healthy, happy and well! Please take a few minutes to read the newsletter and pay attention to key dates next week.

Lost and Found
The Lost and Found is accumulating jackets, sweatshirts, water bottles and lunch boxes. Please make sure to stop by to look for any missing items. On the last day of school, the lost and found will be outside at the All School Picnic, anything remaining will be donated on 5/23.

All School Picnic Thursday May 22nd, 11:30AM- 12:45PM
Picnic Reminders
- There will be two sign in tables for visitors, one by the North Gate and one by the South Gate
- There will be no hot lunches served, please pack a sack lunch for your student
- Please feel free to bring blankets, beach towels or chairs to sit on.
- Each teacher will have a sign out sheet for any student that leaves early.
Medication Pick Up:
If your student has medication in the health office, a parent or another adult with your written authorization will need to come to the office to pick it up. Please note that district regulations do not allow us to send medications home with students. Any medication which is not picked up on the last day of school for students, Thursday May 22nd, will be destroyed. If you have any questions please contact our health clerk at 303-774-2700.

Kindergarten and 5th Grade Continuation:
Kindergarten: May 22nd at 10:45am in the front of the school
5th Grade: May 22nd at 10:00am in the gym/cafeteria

25-26 Transportation Application
St. Vrain’s Transportation Department is dedicated to consistently delivering xcellent service for our students and their families and we are currently preparing for the upcoming school year. If you are interested in having your child ride the bus for the 2025-226 school year, please apply for transportation services as soon as’s Transportation Department makes every effort to accommodate as many eligible riders as possible. Apply for transportation services online.


There’s Still Time to Register for Innovation Center Summer Programming!
From outdoor adventures and creative design to coding, aeronautics, music innovation, and more—the Innovation Center’s summer programming offers something for every interest and age group. Open to students entering grades 1–12, these hands-on experiences spark curiosity, build new skills, and create lasting memories. Programs run throughout June and July at Timberline PK-8, Westview Middle, and Frederick High.

Spring Carnival
The Red Hawk PTO is excited to announce our annual Spring Carnival will be on Monday, May 19th from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. In addition to food trucks, bounce inflatables, dunk tank and a bubble party, there will be carnival/activity booths assigned to each grade to run. Help us make our grade’s booth a success by signing up to help the day of the event using the sign up below.
