Friday, August 9th – Roster Reveal
4:00-5:00 
We invite you to join us on the playground for some refreshing treats and to find out roster and teacher assignments!

Monday, August 12th – Meet the Teacher 4:00-5:00 Come meet your new teacher and drop off your school supplies

Tuesday August 13th – First Day of School 8:45 – Supervision on playground

8:55 – First Bell (students find their teacher on the back playground)
9:05 – First Day of School Celebration!
(On the playground with the Erie High Drum Line, Cheerleaders, the Dance Team AND our Red Hawk Mascot)
10:00 
Walk to classrooms and continue the celebration

Kindergarten

9:00-2:00 Monday, August 12th & Tuesday, August 13th- Kindergarten Assessments

Wednesday, August 14th Kindergarten Color Reveal
4:00-5:00 
Join us on the kindergarten playground to learn the color of your class and enjoy popsicles!

Thursday, August 15th- Kindergarten First Day of School 8:45- Supervision on Kindergarten Playground

8:55- First Bell- (Kindergarten teachers will be outside to help line up your students on the kindergarten playground)
9:05- Second Bell-Start time of School

Preschool

(Late Start does not impact preschool)

Wednesday, August 14th – Orientation

Come learn all about the upcoming school year in preschool!
Check in at the front office and then we will guide you to Mrs. Burgess’s room

10:00 – 11:00 Morning Classes (AM) 11:00 – 12:00 Afternoon Classes (PM)

iPad Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing insurance for only $25. The window to purchase insurance for this school year is from August 1 – September 15, 2024 and can be paid via Infinite Campus. Read more about the LTP Student iPad Insurance Program.

Hug-N-Go: I want to thank everyone who is following The Red Hawk Way in all we do on campus! Being safe, respectful, responsible and walking with integrity is who we are and what we do every day at Red Hawk! It is important that our students see all of US doing the same thing! With Hug-N-Go, please continue to meet our expectations in setting a great example for all of our kids! As a gentle reminder, Hug-N-Go will requires patience. If you are in a hurry, Hug-N-Go is not for you that particular day! Some other reminders are to remain in the single file line of cars from the time you drive on campus until you exit campus. Please do not pass, drive around, overtake or in any way get out of the single file line. I also want to thank all of you for keeping our communication in the spirit of the Red Hawk Way!
