I taught Early Childhood Education for 17 years, then decided to pursue my Elementary Education teaching license in 2018. I completed a Master's Degree in Learning, Development, and Family Sciences. In 2021, I joined the Red Hawk family. My passions in education are social emotional learning and growth, movement and mindfulness, and math. So many students dislike math at an early age (I used to be one of them), and I enjoy helping them find strategies that make math less complicated as they build problem solving skills.

I love being outside, and adventuring with my husband and dogs. We explore the Colorado mountains and countries around the world. I also love quiet opportunities to curl up with a book and read all day.
