I enjoy calling beautiful Colorado my home! Before moving here I lived and taught in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I began my teaching experience in New Jersey where I earned my BA at Rutgers University and my Post- Grad Teaching Certificate at The College of New Jersey. I taught Pre- Kindergarten with the Asbury Park School District and that is where I fell in love with inspiring students to learn and try new things. I spent eight years teaching in Pennsylvania where I attended Penn State University and received my Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education Certificate. I also have my Masters in Education, with the Reading Teacher endorsement. I began my time at Red Hawk teaching First Grade for five years. I am currently working as a literacy teacher for K-5th. We are working together to create joyful readers at Red Hawk!
