Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum Programs: Red Hawk implements a comprehensive core curriculum, including FUNdations and structured morphology, Write from the Beginning and Beyond, ReadyGen, EnVision Mathematics, and Thinking Maps, providing a strong foundation in literacy, math, and critical thinking.

Special Academic Focus: The school is proud to have highly trained literacy teachers across all grade levels, ensuring that every student receives expert guidance in reading and writing.

Robotics Program – A Red Hawk favorite! Students dive into building, coding, and competing in hands-on challenges that spark creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Annual School Musical – Each year, the stage comes alive with music, dance, and storytelling. Whether shining in the spotlight or working behind the scenes, students experience the joy of collaboration and creativity.

Science Night – A highlight of the year, Science Night invites families to join in interactive experiments and exciting discoveries—all led by our curious young scientists.

All-School Movement Fridays – Every Friday, the entire school gets moving together! From circuits and yoga to games and fitness fun, students start the day with energy, laughter, and a sense of community.

School-Wide Celebrations – From seasonal festivals to spirit days, Red Hawks love coming together to share traditions, show school pride, and simply have fun as a community.

Highly Engaged PTO: The Parent-Teacher Organization actively partners with staff and families to enhance educational experiences, support school initiatives, and strengthen community connections.

Building Design

Building Specs- Designed to LEED standards

Red Hawk Elementary sits on 10 acres of land and will be able to accommodate approximately 600 students. The District is currently reviewing energy efficiencies in partnership with Xcel Energy and the governor’s office. Elements, such as natural lighting, will be incorporated into the educational environment to reduce the new site’s energy use and enhance learning.
